SHIPPING All orders are tax free. Orders of at least $40, ship FREE! Orders ship 2-5 business days once payment is received, excluding postal holidays.
RETURNS There are NO refunds or exchanges. Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order.
If you receive an item damaged, you must contact Elegant Jewels Collections within 2 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned to Elegant Jewels. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit.
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before it is shipped.
