COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY

In light of the COVID 19 Pandemic, I want to assure all of my customers are safe to shop with me.  All jewelry comes to me in plastic inside of boxes.  The boxes take a few days to get to me and when I receive them, I wipe them down with a disinfectant wipe and then wash my hands before opening the box.  I leave all jewelry in the plastic they come in unless I am opening it for display purposes.  

I ALWAYS wash my hands before working with the jewelry.  I have no employees so it's just me handling the jewelry. Therefore, when I package your orders, I will be the only one handling your package.  Once item are packed for shipping, they are placed in a clean box and taken to the post office.  They are shipped in waterproof envelopes, so you are free to wipe it down when it arrives.

Also, I have had no customers come to see my jewelry in person since the pandemic started.  I may have an open house (outside) on my porch for customers to do some early holiday shopping.  My board only have one of the pieces on it and the rest are stored in bins in my jewelry room so no one will have access to them.  The customers will write down the pieces they want and I will retrieve the pieces they want and place them in the shopping bag.
